Everything you need to declare your work as Proauthorial is here, ready to use.
The words, the declaration and the mark are free for anyone to use. You do not need permission, there is nothing to register, and there is no fee.
You can download the mark and the full text, or copy the Definitions and the declarations exactly as shown. How and where to use them is explained in Your Work.
The mark and the declarations mean one thing: that a work was made the Proauthorist way, openly and honestly, with a human in charge.
Using them on work that was not made that way is misuse. So is altering, recolouring or redrawing the mark, changing the wording of the full or one-line declarations, or using any of them to suggest that Kevin Martin or Proauthorism endorses a person, product or service.
Misuse deceives the very audience Proauthorism exists to be honest with. The Proauthorist mark is the intellectual property of Kevin Martin. Permission to use it ends the moment it is misused, and misuse will be challenged.
